USBasp 10pin 6pin converter

Create a 10 pin to 6 pin converter for the USBasp programmer.

Based on the layout below you can see that 3 lines can go straight over to the 6 pin header.

Also the Gnd uses the unused lane of the 10 pin header (take out that pin and you can solder the Gnd trace under there).

The image below shows the USBasp (left), converter (middle) and a broken(*) Arduino Nano (right) programmed on the 6 pin ICSP headers.

(*) the Nano usb is fried (diode) and cannot be programmed by usb ... functional again with the USBasp)
